To save a file to your computer, right-mouse-button click on the link,
and select Save Target As...
Then, save the file to a folder on your computer. Go to your photo editing software, and open the file from
where you saved it.

to download, depending on your internet connection.) |

Before you get started, these tutorials assume that you have the appropriate
photo/graphics editing software, that you're somewhat familiar with the basic functions of your software,
and that you already have your photos on your computer, whether they are digital photos, or have been scanned in.
For more on which software to use, see our Picking a Software tip.
This will take practice, especially if you're just getting started with your software.
But, within a short period of time, you'll get the hang of it, and love the process!
Don't be afraid to play around, as your first few tries
don't have to be perfect.
