Any products you purchase on Photobacks.com can either be delivered via download right away or on disc in the mail...or both ways! Orders with discs will incur a shipping & handling fee. But note, any product, whether it's shipped on disc or delivered via download, will be available under your My Photobacks account on the Photobacks Cloud right away, so you can download it then or any time in part or in full! SHIPPING OPTIONS FOR ORDERS WITH DISCS

• Standard Shipping (USA): Order is shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
  Please expect 4 - 7 business days from the time of shipment for delivery.
• Priority Shipping (USA): Order is shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please expect 2 - 4 business days from the time of shipment for delivery. Delivery Tracking & Confirmation information via email is included with this option.
• International Shipping: Order is shipped via USPS International First Class Mail. Please expect 6 - 12 business days from the time of shipment for delivery.

While shipping times may vary, if you do not receive your shipment by the end of the expected time frame, please let us know. We aim to make every buying experience a positive one, so please contact us if you ever have any questions about your shipment.

DOWNLOADING ORDERS

When you purchase a product from Photobacks.com, your product is saved on the Photobacks Cloud under your My Photobacks user account and is available for download at any time. All purchases, even those you have shipped on discs, will be available for download at any time on the Cloud. For more information on My Photobacks & the Cloud, see our FAQ.

Note, our products are available in downloadable segments, ranging from 50 - 600 Mb each, where some products total 12 Gb of data! If you do not have a fast Internet connection or available data via broadband, we recommend choosing the "Discs & Download" option when purchasing, as you do not have to download the product if you select discs as well.
